We will cherish your merchandise and ensure it is safely and completely packed in a box with enough padding material to avoid damage during transportation.
We provide UPS return shipping labels, please submit a return request through the web recycling port, or contact us via Email (sale@skyhighgroup.us).
We do not reimburse shipping costs. All rejected screens will only remain with our company for 10 days.
Items damaged in transit
You will need to submit proof of damage (pictures of damage, description of damage, invoice number) within 48 hours of signing for the item.
UPS will accept the claim after all evidence has been submitted and combined with inspection. If any item is not completed, UPS will reject the claim and we are not responsible for return or exchange services.
Order error
If there is any discrepancy between the goods you receive and your order (including missing order goods), you must tell us your order delivery date and order number within 24 hours so that we can solve the problem for you faster.
